Terms of Service in regards to use of art rights, Commissions, and Live2D works

Terms of Service in regards to Commission

  1. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

  2. Please include credit where possible, either in sharing an artwork, referencing through social tagging or otherwise.

  3. I reserve the right to stream any progress or work on any art, Live2D or otherwise commissioned work, but the commissioner can request for the work to be hidden from promotional platforms.

  4. Commissioned work cannot be used in NFT, cryptocurrency, blockchain and similar database mechanism, in any association through reproduction, reference or direct use of the produced design, artwork, animation or work.

  5. In order to obtain the rights to reproduce, redistribute or resell (in a way excluding the methods mentioned above of blockchain, etc.) a fee of 10% the commission cost can be added.

  6. All prices are in United States Dollars ($). All payments will be handled through Paypal Invoices and already include a commercial usage fee. This requires the obtaining of your email in order to invoice you for payment and is done for business purposes.

  7. All payments are taken as: A 40% non-refundable first payment at the acceptance of commission and a 60% final payment that will be invoiced at the end of the commission before final files are submitted to you.

  8. Any commissions costing over $300 (this is including the 10% reproduction fee if requested) can be paid in 3-4 part installments rather than the 2 part payments.

  9. Limited Slots are not first come first served, whereas Open Slots are started in order, with an automatic waitlist.

  10. My work cannot be modified, by human or AI, in order to recreate or alter the original commissioned work, particularly in Live2D animation, tracking, and I will likewise not alter, modify or reanimate another artist's work.

  11. Rush orders cannot be under a week deadline, cost an additional 10% and cannot be paid in an installment plan. Order cannot be rushed after they are started, if not already a rush a order.

  12. Revisions can be done 3 times minimum and have a maximum depending on the commissioned product. Details regarding revisions allowed are always detailed on the commission forms.

  13. Terms may be updated to add new terms of service, or certain types of commissions may have unique terms of service which will be detailed at the time of the commission opening, but will not alter previous terms unless extraneous/drastic events cause change.


Example order, prices are not accurate to commission rate, simply to give an example: 1 fullbody illustration with no background, a portrait with a simple background, estimated $300, adding reproduction rights totaling $330 meaning it can be paid under 3 installments (3 payments of $110).

If it's a rush order however it costs an additional 10% (which is $30 here, totaling $360) and cannot be paid under installments. So as a rush order, it must be paid 40% ($144) at time of accepting the commission and 60% ($216) at the end of the deadline before you receive final images or runtime files.

Terms of Service in regards to Live2D sample model

The sample model provided titled "TeaTuber", which includes a .PSD, Live2D project and model runtime folder, is for sample purposes and should not be used in selling products, blockchain or similar technology and personal branding.

TeaTuber can be used within monetized content so long as the original art is not modified or altered, by human or AI, and credit/download to the original model is provided in a convenient and accessible location.

TeaTuber should not be used long term (longer than 4-5 months) within branding and content in order to prevent future issues with production of any products or objects with the image and identity of the user. I will not however request takedowns if the model is still being used after that point. This is just to state the sample model is not made for long term use.

The main purpose of the TeaTuber sample model is demonstrate the VTuber cutting, art, and animation/rigging for either learning material or customer sampling for having a frame of reference of what they may receive or expect when commissioning me for a Live2D relevant commission for either art or rigging.

Workflow and Estimated Delivery

All commissions are taken through google forms (when available) and Ko-fi (in minor amounts) Please check the Commissions main page to see what commission application is available!


After you apply I will reply at my earliest convenience to let you know if I accept the commission or need more information as well as go over the total cost and first partial payment you'll be paying. At acceptance you'll pay 40% of the commission total.

After receiving the first payment and the required files for the commission, I will being work on the commission as soon as I can, if I have many orders it may take time to being but I will always inform you of any delays I might have to get started.

I will send updates in photos, screenshots, and videos when I feel I have significant updates, if I have questions I'll message you with it and do my best to proceed with work on other parts of the commission till I receive an answer in order to prevent delays. You're free to request an update but I may not always have made significant changes if frequently asked in short periods.

At the completion of the commission I'll send the invoice for the final 60% of the commission total. After final payment is received and processed the final file delivery will be set in a .zip file in order to compress and easily send it to you digitally. After that I'm also happy to assist in any setup for Vtuber commissions in VTube Studio, putting the file in OBS, Streamlabs or other program and other setup in regards to the commission.
